Brendan Benson/Cory Chisel Stop at Exclusive Co. Before Playing Turner Hall Tonight

Remember Brendan Benson? Yeah, he’s the dude from The Raconteurs, but before he traded riffs with Jack White and Co. he was penning hook-y pop songs left and right on his own, winning the affections of fans of his own with his super-catchy and big-chorded songs on his early 2000′s releases Lapalco and The Alternative to Love.

Benson will be appearing tonight at the Turner Hall Ballroom  (1032 N. 4th) for a 8 p.m. show tonight along with Appleton, Wisconsin native, Cory Chisel. Chisel has been getting quite a bit of attention of his own lately for his Black Seal release, Death Won’t Send a Letter.  Before hitting the Ballroom this evening, Benson and Chisel will be stopping at the East Side Exclusive Co. (1669 N. Farwell) at 5 p.m. for a live, in-store performance.
