11th Annual WMSE Rockabilly Chili Contest

WMSE presents the 11th Annual Rockabilly Chili Contest, where the community has the chance to vote for the best chili recipes from 50 area restaurants, cafes, kitchens and taverns. The event features local beer from Milwaukee Brewing Company as well as great music presented by WMSE program hosts, Jonny Z (The Chicken Shack, Fridays 9am-noon) and Dietrich (Saturday Morning Car Tunes, 6-9am).

Proceeds benefit WMSE 91.7 FM, Milwaukee’s legendary non-commercial, free form music radio station, serving the Milwaukee community for 31 years, offering the most diverse programming in the city.

Advance tickets are $12 and include 2 chili samples.  Additional Chili sampling tickets are $1 each and available only at the event.

Adults and children pay the same price for tickets. Children 7 and under are free.

This is an all-ages, family-friendly event. Free parking in limited MSOE lots and on the street (no metered parking on Sunday).

Donate three or more non-perishable food items for Hunger Task Force when you arrive and receive two complimentary chili samples (limit 2 samples per person).
