Hallamor Concert: Tartan Terrors

Celebrate Oíche Shamhna, the Celtic ancestor of Halloween, with the ICHC return of the dynamic band Tartan Terrors. The six-member group from Canada mixes rock music’s energy with traditional folklore, dance and humor, all fueled by an arsenal of pipes, fiddle, driving drum tones and signature guitar styles.

Formed in 1998, members of Tartan Terrors have performed for festivals, Highland games and performance spaces on four continents and the band was featured onGood Morning America. Each of the members has a long list of impressive individual projects. Ellen is a highly regarded choreographer and dance teacher and has been involved in numerous theatrical and festival productions.  Ian has had a long career in the performing arts including work in film and television. Daniel, Jake Jon and Phill are well-known for work in musical genres ranging from classical to jazz and rock to Celtic.
