“The goal of the Maple Dale Jazz program is for students to gain knowledge of Jazz through listening, performing, experimenting, learning history, and observing live performances by guest artists. Some past guests have included: Brian Lynch, Eric Morones, Pete Zimmer, Jeremy Pelt, Philip Dizack, Chris Cheek, Henry Hey, Tierney Sutton, Patrick Breiner, The Kamora Quartet, the Sons of Daughters Trio, among many others.
“Jazz Ensemble is open to 7th or 8th grade trumpet, trombone, saxophone, piano, guitar, bass or drum students.”
