Rockabilly Chili
Online pre-sales for the 10th Annual Rockabilly Chili Contest end this Friday, February 24th at 5pm. Last year's contest attracted over 3300 chili lovers. We can't say for certain whether there will be more this year, but it has grown every year of its existence. Make sure you can get in with an advance ticket purchase.
The $10 advance tickets get you express entry into the stadium and four sampling tickets.

Every Tuesday at 8PM since February of 2005, WMSE has welcomed a different Milwaukee-area artist into the studios to perform a full set live on the airwaves, made possible by our amazing sound engineer Billy Cicerelli. DJs Radio Dave and Bob Midnight take turns hosting Local/Live which includes an interview with the performing artist and also features recorded music from other local artists .
Local/Live: February 28 - Slow Walker
Slow Walker got together 2 years ago out of boredom. They met in high school years ago and had lots of attempts and bands for a while. Nick partied himself into a coma and while he was in the hospital Andy and Justin were writing songs. Once they realized they needed a drummer they knew Nick was the perfect candidate. So they waited until Nick awoke. Adam joined the band after a year or so and the rest is history.
Tune in at 8pm this Tuesday to hear "the rest is history".
