“Direct Hit is a band with members you might remember from now-defunct Milwaukee groups The Box Social, Paige Marshall, and The Accidents. They’ve taken a big step this year, signing a contract with Fat Wreck Chords, the San Francisco-based record label that’s released work from NOFX, The Lawrence Arms, Against Me!, Dillinger Four, Anti-Flag, Descendents, Madison’s own Masked Intruder, and countless other beloved punk acts over the course of its 25-year existence. The band’s new album,Wasted Mind, comes out on Friday, June 24.”
