“Born in a cool basement during the hot summer months of 2014, Faux Fiction is an alternative/powerpop quartet based in Milwaukee. The four-piece outfit is heavily influenced by 90s alternative, shoegaze, and garage rock, which they blend to form their own unique brand of “fuzz pop”. After a successful EP release last summer, Faux Fiction is set to release their first full-length album, Staring at the Sun, on 6/17, followed by tour stops throughout the Midwest and Eastern states.”
