Highlight of the Week
Dr. Jules Monitors PT-2's Heart and Lung Function!
Jules I should have you fixed up in no time Mr.Transmitter
PT-2 But, but, what's the point if I'm just going to be a back-up?
Jules Hey, look what just happened to YOU! Lightning strikes all the time. We need you to keep your head in the game and be ready when called upon.
PT-2 Yeah, I guess I won't have to work as hard this time around.
Jules That's the Spirit! Just think of it as semi-retirement. Just kick back and relax, and when those viscious bolts return, you get to swoop in and save the day...smack a pinch-hit home run!
PT-2 Like Kirk Gibson and Batman all wrapped up into one box!
Stay tuned for more good news!

BATTLE FOR YOUR STOMACH
It's Eating! It's Radio! It's Community Supported!
In honor of our annual Food Slam event, Bella's Fat Cat is once again selling that beloved beast of a beef patty, Slamburger. And this year, Maxie's Southern Comfort is getting in on the action with their incomparable Catfish Creole.
Eat one. Eat both. Because every time you do during the month of September, Bella's and Maxies will donate a portion of the proceeds to community-powered radio station, WMSE 91.7FM!
More Food Slam info over HERE.
Local/Live
Every Tuesday at 8PM since February of 2005, WMSE has welcomed a different Milwaukee-area artist into the studios to perform a full set live on the airwaves. Tune in, and check out our video player to see past performances!
Next on Local/Live:
Tuesday, September 9 - Kings Go Forth
If you combine the bands own description with that of the JSOnline, Kings Go Forth sounds like, "Soulful male harmonies on top of nine pieces of straight-up deep funk and super soul." Wait, did that just say nine pieces? Wow! Sorry Billy (sound engineer Billy Cicerelli aka the best live radio sound engineer in the midwest). Catch this nine piece (actually, I think I heard they are now a ten piece) on the Sept 9th edition of Local/Live at 8pm, then live at the Bay View Bash on Saturday, September 13th.
Tuesday, September 16 - Farms in Trouble
