This week’s WMSE Local/Live guest is Burgundy Ties, a local quartet who visit the sounds of blues-y Americana rock, sliding from acoustic guitar-driven folk-balladry to short and sweet rockers. With a vigorous touring schedule for the past five years, Burgundy Ties has honed its live sound and performance. Tonight’s Local/Live tonight will preview material from the band’s soon-to-be-released album, On The Other Side, which will be showcased on Saturday February 6th at the Bad Genie Rock Lounge. Tune in to listen at 8 p.m. at 91.7 FM, WMSE or listen online, live or in the archives, at WMSE.org.
