43 Years of Free Form, Community Powered Radio

WMSE 91.7FM turns 43 years old on Sunday, March 17, 2024! Thank you for 43 years of Community-Powered broadcasting! Anti-Established since 1981- WMSE DJs are free to play a diverse variety of music not found elsewhere on the radio dial. 43 years of authentic, free-form radio- without AI or a mandated playlist.

To celebrate 43 years of frontier radio, many of our DJs are putting together special shows during the upcoming week, starting with Jayx on Saturday evening at 9 p.m. Check out our special 43rd anniversary programming lineup and listen live or in the archives.
